Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by BudgetHelp Carmel Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all towing, roadside assistance, and related services we provide. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about our policies.

Service Description

BudgetHelp Carmel Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Carmel, IN and surrounding areas.

We make every effort to provide prompt and professional service. However, response times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, traffic, distance, and the availability of equipment. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times, but we will always communicate honestly about expected wait times.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the services you request.

We provide pricing estimates over the phone when possible. However, final charges may vary if the actual situation differs from what was described during your initial call. We will inform you of any price changes before completing the service whenever possible.

If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to retain your vehicle until payment is made in full. We may also pursue legal action to recover unpaid amounts, including collection costs and attorney fees.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle type, and the nature of your problem when you call for service. Inaccurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. BudgetHelp Carmel Towing is not responsible for any items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.

If your vehicle is being towed from private property, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to request the tow. We are not liable for disputes related to property rights or ownership.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, towing inherently involves some risk. BudgetHelp Carmel Towing is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle.

We carry insurance as required by law. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policy. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost wages, rental car costs, or other expenses.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles that occurs due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road conditions, or mechanical failures.

Storage Fees

If your vehicle is towed and stored at our facility, storage fees will apply. You will be notified of the daily storage rate at the time of service. Storage fees accrue until you retrieve your vehicle and pay all outstanding charges.

We reserve the right to sell or dispose of vehicles that remain unclaimed for an extended period, in accordance with Indiana state law. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our time and fuel costs.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a service request if we determine that it is unsafe, illegal, or impractical to complete the job.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly at (317) 671-8254 or info@carmeltow.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana for resolution of any legal matters.
